Bill loved music. It was a big part of his life and his comedy. Whenever he could, when he traveled, he would take one of his guitars with him. After shows, in his hotel room, he would play and write songs.
After Bill died his family found a shoebox on a shelf at his parents house; inside were tapes of some of the songs Bill wrote and recorded on his own. To honor Bill’s love for music the tapes were taken to Abbey Road studios in London to be remastered. Although available as downloads in a limited edition box set years ago this is the first time these songs have been available as a standalone album.
The original 11 songs are included here as well as 6 bonus tracks that have never been released. Bill will always be best known for his comedy but he also used music as another outlet for his thoughts and his creativity. It s a different side of Bill that we hope you will enjoy.
